أعلنت وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية: عن بدء جهاز تنمية مدينة القاهرة الجديدة، تسليم 720 وحدة سكنية (30 عمارة) بالمرحلة الأولى بمشروع “دار مصر” للإسكان المتوسط بمنطقة شمال القرنفل، وذلك خلال الفترة من الأحد بعد المقبل الموافق 2020/8/23، وحتى يوم الخميس 1/10/2020.

وأكد جهاز تنمية مدينة القاهرة الجديدة، أنه سيتم تسليم الوحدات بالعمارات أرقام: (112 – 122 – 29 – 30 – 32 – 33 – 25 – 26 – 31 – 120 – 121 – 113 – 114 – 390 – 389 – 391 – 392 – 27 – 28 – 43 – 44 – 115 – 116 – 411 – 412 – 401 – 402 – 324 – 22 – 23).

وأشار إلى أنه على المواطن الفائز بالوحدة التوجه لبنك التعمير والإسكان فرع التجمع الأول بالتسعين الشمالى خلف الداون تاون، لإنهاء إجراءات البنك، ثم التوجه بخطاب البنك لمكتب خدمة المواطنين بالتجمع الأول، وذلك لتسجيل البيانات على الشبكة واستلام خطاب موجه للمهندس المشرف على المشروع لمعاينة واستلام الوحدة.
