قال رئيس جهاز تنمية مدينة دمياط الجديدة، والمشرف على مدينة المنصورة الجديدة، إنه جار تنفيذ 1149 فيلا (منفصلة – متصلة – شبة متصلة)، تضم 2103 وحدات، بمشروع سكن مصر.

أضاف رئيس جهاز المدينة أن نسبة تنفيذ الفيلات المودرن بلغت 40 %، والفيلات الكلاسيك 32%.

ويتم العمل حاليا على قدم وساق في مشروع جنة للإسكان الفاخر ومشروع تنفيذ مبنى جهاز المدينة موضحا أنه يتم حاليا يتم حاليا تسليم قطع أراضي مشروع بيت الوطن، بالمنطقة الساحلية أ، ب، ومنطقة شمال الطريق الدولي الساحلي غرب جامعة حورس، ومنطقة الحديقة الدولية، وكذا قطع الأراضى الأكثر تميزًا بمنطقة الحديقة الدولية.

The 5th Settlement is the most famous district in New Cairo and one of the most demanded places of living in Greater Cairo.
