Palm Valley Compound is one of the most prominent compounds in 6th of October City. It is developed by the leading real estate company, Palm Hills, which possesses more than 27 million square meters of land in various parts of the country.

The Compound is built on more than 238,000 square meters of area, or about 57 acres. Palm Hills has established the Palm Valley Compound which includes 237 units totally.
The Compound is characterized by being close to the housing units, more than 5% of which has been allocated for commercial purposes. This is a good percentage, as more than that may disturb the calmness of the Compound and less than that will make the Compound as if it lacks any commercial outlets.
Units of the project vary between apartments, twin units, townhouse, and villas. All of them feature high-level fittings. Palm Hills began selling the units in 2016, and all units will be delivered in 2020.

The total number of units is 234 units, and the number of residents will not be more than 1500 who would live on 238,000 square meters of area and would be close to the heart of the city.
To show the project’s value and the demand for it, suffice it to say that in 2016 when reservation in the first stage was started, Palm Hills sold all units in two days at a cost of EGP 471 million. Then, reservation is closed, which means many people realize the unique advantages of that project that are not provided in similar projects.
