Government Quarter is one of the most important neighborhoods in The New Capital; it is expanded over an area of 55 acres and is being constructed by 18 Egyptian real estate companies – under the supervision of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces.
The neighborhood features 36 buildings; 34 of them are designated for ministries, one for parliament on an area of 19 acres, and another building for the Prime Minister. A vast square of 430.000 M² is perfectly located among these buildings, in addition to the lavish gardens and modern fountains that decorate the elegant neighborhood.
Currently, 70% of the constructions have been completed, along with the interior and the exterior finishes, and landscapes. Ministries and government sectors are scheduled to be moved to the new capital in June 2020.

There are many cities near the New Capital city, which have witnessed a noticeable increase in the price per meter by 30% – approximately. Thanks to the promising future of the whole area close to the New Capital.
